How to record Volunteer Hours:

• Log into FACTS Family Portal
• District code: OS-OR
• Go to left-side Navigation Menu
• Click on Family
• Click on Family Home
  • Find Service Hours – white section of screen
  • Click on Add (+)
  • Log service hours and description.
  • ‘Verified by’ section is not required.
