Tuition

There are three costs associated with our program; a yearly registration fee, monthly tuition and beginning of the year school supplies.  Please see the chart below for tuition fees.

The yearly registration fee reserves a spot in our upcoming year’s program. This is due at the time of registration.  Once school begins this money is put towards school operating expenses.

A school supply list is provided to families by early August.

There are no other required costs or fees.

Payment Plans

_____ Tuition paid in full by August 15, 2019, receive a 3% discount on total year’s tuition (does not apply to half-day Kindergarten)

_____ Pay tuition monthly August 15, 2019, throuh May 15, 2020. Payments divided equally by 10 months.

_____ Pay tuition monthly June 15, 2019, through May 15, 2020.  Payments divided equally by 12 months.

Volunteer Agreement

Each family with a full-day student is required to participate in the Service Hour Program.  Grandparents and other adults may fulfill the family service hours.

30 hours per family with full-day student in program

All volunteers are required to have a background check by the church.

Field Trips

The child cost of each field trip is covered by the Parent Teacher Club fund.  If parents accompany the child on the field trip, they may be required to pay the adult entrance fee.

Optional Purchases

Parents will have the option to occasionally purchase books through a book program, or photos through a professional photographer.
